Window World is a very good quality window at a great price. We did our windows a few at a time until they had all been replaced. They've been installed for quite a few years now and we've only had a couple of minor issues. Window World was quick to take care of the problem with their life time warranty. I'm super happy with my windows.

We had three windows that had broken parts. The repairers, Ted and James, were on time and worked efficiently. The windows worked smoothly when they were done 25 minutes later. They were courteous and friendly.
We are thankful and happy that Window World is following through on their lifetime guarantee. This makes us feel even better about the choice we made for our replacement windows.
Thank you, Window World.
